Hey there, so I need to make a healthy lunch. (I’mc hanging my dieitng ways.) anyways, I have the following. : Pea pods, baby carrots, Spagehttie squash, green squash, peppers, tomatomes, bread, and chicken breast. ANy ideas?
Girl, you can experiment quite a bit with those.
You can cut them in bite size pieces and bake them with olive oil, garlic, black pepper, some balsamic vinegar, and even cheese (cheese is healthy). Just bake the vegetables, not the chicken.
Then saute the chicken with spring onions or just plain onions and garlic. You can add a little soy sauce to it. If you have it, add basil and cilantro, and even fresh oregano to the chicken. Adds flavor and also healthy.
You can have it with any bread of your choice.
If you want to have it with rice (brown), saute the vegetables and chicken with tomatoes and onion.
Oh I can go on and on…….
——
you can have a stir fry!!
yummy, and healthy!
Try looking up some Thia recipes on the web.. very healthy culture, or so I have seen.
Also, you can back some chicken and steam some Pea pods, and leave the rest for some snacks (remember to limit your carbs.. bread)
Sounds like a great lunch though! lol
i had cold pizza…. not to healthy
